Restaurant training and test records stay separate from customer order records.
Data is used to answer calls, create orders, send order links, help staff review transcripts, and troubleshoot failed voice or payment flows.
Call recordings and transcripts are not used to train models without explicit customer agreement.
Restaurants set retention preferences for transcripts, recordings, and customer records during account setup.
