orderer.io provides assisted phone ordering, order links, payment-link workflows, and restaurant operations tools. The service is not a replacement for restaurant staff judgment.
During rollout, integrations, phone forwarding, and payment behavior are confirmed before live use.
Restaurants remain responsible for menu accuracy, item availability, pricing, hours, allergy handling, taxes, refunds, customer disputes, and staff handoff decisions.
Restaurants must configure call recording and SMS behavior according to the laws that apply to their location and customers.
Payment links are intended for restaurant order collection. Subscription billing is invoice-based and confirmed in writing before launch.
Savings, revenue recovery, and performance claims require supporting restaurant data before they are published.
